The assessment-review process relies on the peer-review system, according to which the papers sent for publication are assessed based on a set of criteria that are unanimously accepted by the scientific and academic community.
The meetings of the editorial team are designed to categorize the papers that are received depending on the various sections of the journal. Considering the field concerned, the assessment of the papers is carried out by 2 peer-reviewers members of the editorial team who are supposed to send their suggestions and remarks within 4 weeks from the reception of the papers. The authors are supposed to make the changes requested within 2 weeks from the reception of the remarks from the copy-editor. Otherwise, the paper will be rejected.
The meetings of the editorial team also prioritize the manuscripts depending on whether they meet or not all the formatting and scientific requirements, depending on the reviewers’ opinions and on the available place available in the journal.

Operative Dentistry is a refereed, international journal published bi-monthly and distributed to subscribers in over 60 countries. In 2010, we printed 93 articles (697 pages) in the categories of Clinical Research, Laboratory Research, Clinical Techniques/Case Presentations and Invited Papers, as well as Editorials and Abstracts. One of the strong points of our journal is that our current publication time for accepted manuscripts is 5 months or less from the date of submission. Clinical Techniques/Case Presentations have a very quick turn around time, which allows for very rapid publication of clinical based concepts. We also provide color for those papers that would benefit from its use. The journal does not accept any advertising but you will find postings for faculty positions. Additionally, the journal also does not rent, sell or otherwise allow its subscriber list to be used by any other entity.

A Revista ESAL – Educação Superior na América Latina divulga temas de educação superior, baseada em conhecimento científico, acadêmico e profissional de alto nível. A revista é publicada semestralmente, de distribuição gratuita e acesso aberto. É destinada a especialistas e pessoas interessadas em educação superior. O idioma principal da revista é o espanhol, mas por ser uma publicação de âmbito latino-americano e na tentativa de ser um espaço de ampla participação, alguns textos também são publicados em português e, excepcionalmente, em inglês. A avaliação dos artigos é de responsabilidade dos editores, com o apoio do Comitê Editorial.

Its abbreviation is Rev Odonto Cienc, which should be used in references, bibliographic legends, and footnotes.

The Saudi Dental Journal is published three times a year by the Saudi Dental Society.
